STEP-1
Insert a embedded type COUPLER in the flange of the middle partition wall of BOX GIRDER and the rebar in the web plate, adhere it to the form. Then, do the installation as shown in the figure before manufacturing the P.S.C.- BOX GIRDER for extrusion.
Insert a laying COUPLER in the flange of the middle partition of BOX GIRDER and the rebar in the web plate, adhere it to the cast. Then, do the installation as shown in the figure before manufacturing the P.S.C.- BOX GIRDER for extrusion.
STEP-2
Once extrusion is completed, turn the rebar connected to the already-embedded COUPLER (BMS Reclaimable Coupler) for tightening and place the concrete.
