STEP-1

Fit an embedded type coupler onto the rebar in the flange and web at the box girder’s intermediate diaphragm, press them tight against the formwork as shown, then fabricate and incrementally launch the PSC box girder.

STEP-2

After launching, thread the connecting rebar into the embedded couplers to engage the joint, then pour the concrete.
